Tufts ID Cards are issued by Public Safety Administrative Services. Tufts ID cards are property of Tufts University and their use is governed by the University's rules and regulations. Do not lend your card to anyone for any purpose. Tampering or defacing your Tufts ID Card is strictly prohibited.

Students who have university dining plans access them by using their ID card at University Dining halls. Tufts ID cards, in conjunction with JumboCash, can be used at specific on and off campus locations for dining, purchasing items, printing and copying, vending machine purchases and use of laundry facilities. Tufts ID cards are used to gain access to buildings and rooms that have been granted to the cardholder. Tufts ID cards are used for checking items out of the library using the barcode printed on the Tufts ID.

The digital image you submit via Picasso II will be used as your likeness on your Tufts ID Card, which will be your official proof of identity at Tufts University.

By submitting a photo, you agree that Tufts University may use the submitted photo as your likeness on your Tufts ID card and that the photo may be used in secure internal Tufts systems such as the Integrated Student Information System and the Tufts University Health Service database. Also you agree to allow departments and/or schools to utilize your submitted ID card photo to create department and/or class composite photos. Tufts University does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Photo Upload System. We cannot guarantee that this system will be compatible with any specific hardware or software. We reserve the right to suspend use or access to this system at any time, for any reason.
